1. Our Core Commitment

CRM Data Scrubber is built on a single principle: your data belongs to you. All file processing happens entirely in your web browser. Your CSV files, lead lists, and any data they contain are never transmitted to our servers, stored in the cloud, or shared with any third party.

2. Verify Our Privacy Yourself

We don't just claim your data stays local — we give you a button to prove it. The "Verify my data stays in the browser" link in the app runs a real check inside your session and reports whether any CSV data has been written to storage or sent over the network. You can also open your browser's DevTools (F12) → Network tab, drop a CSV, and confirm that no POST request ever carries your file.

3. What Data We Collect

File content: None. Your CSV files are read directly by your browser's JavaScript engine and remain in your device's memory. They are never uploaded, logged, or retained.

Personal information: We do not require account creation, login, or email submission to use the free tier.

Payment information: If you purchase a Pro license, payment is processed by a third-party payment provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your card details. The payment provider's privacy policy governs that transaction.

4. Local Storage

We use your browser's localStorage to remember two things:

• Your theme preference (light or dark mode)
• Whether you have unlocked the Pro license on this browser

No CSV data, lead information, or personal data is ever written to localStorage.

5. Third-Party Services

We load the following libraries from public CDNs to make the app work:

• Tailwind CSS (CDN) — for styling
• PapaParse (CDN) — for CSV parsing

These CDNs may see your IP address and browser user-agent as part of serving the files. They do not receive your CSV data.

6. Analytics & Tracking

We do not use any analytics, tracking pixels, cookies, or fingerprinting scripts on this site. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta Pixel, and no advertising network.

7. Your Rights

Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to delete, export, or correct. If you have questions about your data rights under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws, contact us at [email protected].

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
